US Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us. To initiate a return, email lujahofficial@hotmail.com Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and return address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
